What we collect

Personal information you provide: names, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing and billing addresses, and payment card details when you book. We do not process sensitive personal information. We also collect standard log, device, and location data automatically, and use cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

To deliver and manage your bookings and rentals, respond to inquiries, send administrative information, request feedback, post testimonials with permission, send marketing you've opted into, and comply with legal obligations. If you opt into SMS on our forms, we text you about your inquiry, booking, or trip. Reply STOP anytime. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing.

Sharing

We share information only in specific situations: business transfers, analytics (Google Analytics), mapping (Google Maps Platform), and with business partners for products you've asked about. We keep information only as long as needed, protect it with appropriate technical and organizational measures, and do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under Canadian privacy law), you can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, withdraw consent, and opt out of marketing at any time. Adventures make good stories, and we tell them. By travelling with us you grant Skybreaker Overland the right to use photos, videos, reviews and interactions from your trip in our marketing and social media. If you'd rather not appear, we respect that completely: opt out any time by emailing hello@skybreakeroverland.com and we'll keep you out of the frame and take down anything already posted that features you.
