From start to finish, you're taken care of. You pick the region and the dates, we pick the rig, we teach you what you need, and away you go. This isn't your grandpa's average road trip, so it starts with a conversation, not a checkout line.
The Discovery Call
It starts with a call. We learn your dream trip: where you want to wake up, what you want to chase, how far you want to push. We suggest regions and routes to fit your budget and time, match a rig to your party and experience, and land on your package: self-guided, fully guided, try before you buy, training, or consulting. If you'd benefit from extra training, an air brake endorsement or a boot camp before the big one, we spot it here, not in your driveway.
Booking & Registration
Lock your dates, send the deposit, sign the contract, upload licences. If you've taken on add-ons, we start those bookings now too. This is also where we hand you the Global Rescue link: travel membership, field rescue and medical evacuation, and optional trip cancellation cover. Trips are not refunded, so it is the one thing that protects your money.
The Excitement Builds
Self-guided and fully guided packages: feel calm and at ease, it's already taken care of. Extended and custom trips: we plan together on adventure planning calls until the line is exactly yours.
Arrival & Orientation
Plane, boat or train, we arrange your pickup. Or we deliver the truck to your driveway. Orientation runs two to three hours as required: systems, driving, on-site training. Then the keys are yours.
On the Road
Self-guided: go get lost as much as you want, or stay completely connected. The 24-7 Adventure Concierge rides along by Starlink: campsite seeking, pub recommendations, technical and mechanical support. Fully guided: your expert runs the route, reads the weather, and makes the calls while you soak it in. Trial runs and training: every system is a classroom and every campfire is a debrief, with your coach right there. However you travel, it's the founding team on the line. Never a call center.
The Return
Get yourself ready to come back: find a spot to offboard your garbage and compost, drain your grey water, and fill the fuel tanks. Then we meet you, walk the truck together, make sure there are no damages, and return your deposit. From there we get you back to the hotel, the ferry, or the airport.
